Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS.

Options offered:

Economy- delivery estimate 5-10 business days within US

Priority- delivery estimate 1-3 business days within US (recommended)

 

TRACKING

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available.

 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package leaves our possession it is in the hands of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS). If your package is lost/stolen in transit or arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact your local Postal Office for assistance. It is the shipping carriers (i.e. USPS) responsibility to assist you in recovering or refunding you for your package. Please do not email Homesick Designs if you are having delivery issues with USPS. I will have no further information for you other than what your tracking information provides, which you will already have access to.
