CAN I CANCEL or CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the handmade process, I cannot allow for exchanges or cancellations to be made more than 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Any approved cancellations may incur a 20% restocking Fee.
Please be sure to double-check your order, size and quantity before checking out.

Our current processing time is 7-14 business days. Please remember each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. Production time typically increases during sales, holidays, and product releases. We are excited to create everything by hand - just for you!
We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to a lack of understanding of the above mentioned.

WHAT METALS DO YOU USE?
All chains and findings are 14K gold-filled or sterling silver. Gold fill is created by pressure bonding a layer of gold to another metal. Pieces are tarnish resistant, long-lasting, and sensitive-skin friendly. Gold-filled material typically has a life span of 10 to 30 years when taken care of properly.
RETURN POLICY
All of our pieces are made to order, therefore, returns are not accepted. That being said, I always want you to be happy with your piece! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to e-mail me and I will do my very best to settle any issues you have and make sure you are happy with your shopping experience.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
All fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a “Scratch Free” cloth, or polishing with a jewelry rag.
WILL MY FINGER TURN GREEN?
This all depends on your personal chemistry. We use 14K Gold Fill & .925 sterling silver. These are all high quality metals that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals. With proper care this is not normally a concern.
WHAT IF I LOST ONE EARRING?
Some but not all earrings may be replaced if one goes missing. Please contact us right away if you lose an earring. We can create a half order for you. The cost of the earring and shipping fee is paid for by the customer.
WHAT IF MY SHELLS, STONES, or PEARLS DON’T MATCH THE MARKETING PHOTO?
Nothing we deliver to you is mass produced. We hand-make your piece to order, and we use natural shells, stones and pearls. Since these are naturally sourced, some will have inclusions or coloring that others don't. We do our best to replicate, but no two shells, stones, and or pearls are carbon copies of one another.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY SHELL AND PEARL JEWELRY TO ENSURE IT LASTS?
Although jewelry can get wet without tarnishing, it is best practice to take your jewelry off before going in the pool/ocean, showering, or working out. Additionally, it is recommended to wipe down products with a soft cloth after each use to ensure longevity, and even rinse off when necessary. When not in use, products should be stored in a container or bag.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GEMSTONE JEWELRY TO ENSURE IT LASTS?
You can wear turquoise jewelry every day provided it is cared for. The gemstone undergoes treatments to enhance its beauty some of these include stabilization, dying and waxing or oiling. This improves its color and durability; however, exposing turquoise to heat can cause discoloration and surface damage. Turquoise as well as other gemstones are porous and its important to keep them away from any lotions, alcohol, perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics. It is not advised to wear your gemstone jewelry in the shower, hot tub, or swimming.
